Therapeutic Art

Make visible what, without you, might perhaps never have been seen.

Creative therapies

Through artistic expression and connecting to creativity you can find a sense of peace and wellbeing. Creativity can be a practice ground for exploration, transformation and change. When working creativity we invite in the capacity to play, reimagine and risk. Through practicing these qualities artistically, we learn to welcome this flexibility into our lives. You do not need to be artistic to benefit from creative therapies.

I have spent the last 12 years working with a diverse range of clients using art and creative therapies in group and 1 to 1 settings. Creative therapies are not limited to painting and drawing but include collage, journalling, poetry, storytelling, imagination and guided imagery.
